    Just had a call yesterday from some new homeowners who purchased their home this year in a Short Sale and wanted to kiss me since their built-in microwave stopped working and the stove takes forever to heat-up.

    It cost them $50 for a service call and all is well with the world, just in time for the Baby Shower and New Home party!

    I’ll be getting that kiss when I attend the party!!
