Tax Credit Expiring on Friday!!!

Sacramento Realtor, Gena Riede, reminds us that the Federal tax credit is ending on April 30, 2010. You must be in contract by April 30th and close before the end of June in order to qualify for this tax credit. Best wishes.

    I’ll be curious to see how it impacts the local market when the government no longer has tax credits available.
