Flip this House: Sacramento Remodeled House by Housing Group Fund

This Sacramento house was purchased as a bank-owned fixer and transformed into a stunning remodel by Housing Group Fund. This is a block construction house, but take a look at the “after” photos in this video because you can’t tell from the interior any longer that this house has cinder block walls. Nice flipped house, huh?

I appraised this property and I have permission to post the information here. This house is located in the Fruitridge area of Sacramento. It’s great to see rehabbed properties. Decreasing blight and increasing home ownership (for first-time home buyers) is a good thing on so many levels.

It’s amazing to see the difference from beginning to end. What do you think?
