Has real estate hit bottom?

Home Buyers want to know the million dollar question…has Sacramento Real Estate hit bottom? As a Sacramento Realtor I have seen real estate continue to drop for several years. Foreclosures and Short Sales certainly have played a vital roll along with unemployment at an all time high in the real estate market. In some areas home prices are down to the year 2000 which certainly is a tremendous drop. (text from Gena Riede)
