Sacramento Real Estate Tube is a place for consumers and agents to hear about the real estate market directly from local real estate professionals – by video. The goal is to have some conversation and provide videos that are resourceful, informative, and hopefully void of any used-car salesman vibe.

Add videos for FREE if you work in the real estate field (Realtor, Title, Loans, Attorney, Appraiser, Broker, Escrow, Home Warranty, Contractor, Home Inspector, Handyman, Home Staging….).

There are two reasons why this website began: 1) People are online, so real estate professionals should meet others where they are at; and 2) The real estate profession can improve as we embrace new technology. Just think about how our world has changed in the past ten years, and how words like “Google” and “YouTube” and “Facebook” are now household terms. Technological advances are happening all around us (quickly) and we need to stay on top of trends to stay relevant.

Ryan Lundquist, a local real estate appraiser, founded this website and operates it as a free service to the community. You can reach Ryan on his blog at www.SacramentoAppraisalBlog.com or one of many other places online.

This website covers videos for counties considered as a part of the Greater Sacramento Region (Merced County to Sutter County and including outskirts of Bay Area – think 10 counties surrounding Sacramento). However, we do add videso from time to time that are produced by agents outside of our area (if the videos are good and fairly general). Our goal is to post videos that add value and play a part in helping conversation flow about important issues. We won’t post videos of Realtor listings or anything that is purely sales oriented or self-promoting. We hope to be able to see some really creative videos too as well as footage relating to the local community, neighborhoods, and anything you are doing to give back as a real estate professional.
