Make sure to include a link to your video (whether on YouTube or another similar site) and a detailed description of the video for viewers to read. Remember, this site is a free service to you, so it really helps if we don’t have to chase details from you or edit for grammar. You must be somewhat local to the Greater Sacramento Region to post videos (or your videos need to be general enough to be applicable to the local market). You must work in a field somewhat related to real estate too. Remember that our goal is to post videos that add value and play a part in helping conversation flow about important issues. We don’t post videos of listings or anything that is purely sales oriented or overtly self-promotional – unless a rare promotional video (see below). Have fun!! Promoted Videos: We post an occasional promotional video where agents pay us to showcase a video, but overall our very strict rule is to not post videos of listings or anything that is purely sales oriented or overtly self-promotional (don’t worry, promoted videos are VERY low in percentage and they are always disclosed as promoted videos too). If you have a video to promote, let us know.
